During my use of classic grounded theory, since 2018, in several studies ranging from land acquisition, tax, terrorism, policing, etc. to interpersonal (Last, 2020) and physical violence against women, I discovered and confirmed that there were potentially serious shortcomings in the grounded theory methodology (cf. Dudovskiy, 2021).

I came to the realisation that grounded theory, classic, constructivist, or otherwise, could be inaccurate and subject to the very conjecture and preconception Glaser (1978, 1998, 2005) incessantly gainsays.
